Right now I’m actually in Las Vegas for my job, and whenever I come here I try to make a stop at the Seven Magic Mountains. The Seven Magic Mountains are a public art installation in the Nevada desert about 25 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. If you’re driving from southern California, they’re the perfect stop either on your way in or out of the Vegas area. This time around I decided to take some pictures of the outfit I wore, since I’ve been looking for the perfect velvet cami FOREVER and finally found it at Macy’s!* I had fun taking these pictures – it was nice and sunny and the bright colors of this exhibit always make me happy! All my outfit details are right under the last picture in this post for anyone wondering where any of these pieces are from 🙂
Aside from visiting the Seven Magic Mountains, I’ve also been doing some shopping and relaxing. One thing that I really think is improving about Las Vegas is the vegan food scene. This is something I’m really optimistic about! If you are going to be in Vegas, I highly recommend eating at A Slice of Vegas at Mandalay Bay. As you probably guessed it’s a pizza place with vegan options. Half of their dessert menu is vegan but it’s not advertised only on the vegan menu, it’s on the regular menu too – so everyone is ordering it and most probably don’t even know that their chocolate cake is 100% vegan because you can’t tell the difference when you eat vegan desserts. They’re becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas and they’re super family friendly and affordable!
On to the Seven Magic Mountains:
